Unique Mind Psychology Practice was established by Clinical Psychologist, Kaylah De Silva.
Kaylah’s passion is to empower individuals to navigate personal challenges by enhancing their awareness of thoughts, feelings and actions, in a way that supports growth to become their best self.
Kaylah creates space for you to explore your challenges using a non-judgemental lens, with the overall aim of taking meaningful steps to action the change you want to see in your life.

Kaylah De Silva
Director & Clinical Psychologist
Kaylah is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She has worked in private practice for several years, and has previous experience working in hospital and university settings. Over this time, Kaylah has supported and delivered psychological intervention to young people and adults with a diverse range of mental health needs.

In-person and Telehealth sessions available.
Tuesday - 10:00am - 5:00pm.
Wednesday - 12:00pm - 7:00pm.
Saturday - 9:30am - 2:30pm.
Please note: Phone-calls, text messages and emails, will be answered as soon as possible. There may be a delay in response, particularly if correspondence is made within clinic hours. Client sessions are running during these hours.
Existing clients can use the listed details to cancel or reschedule a session. Please provide at least 24-hours notice for any cancellation. A cancellation fee (full session fee) will be issued for those sessions not-attended or cancelled with less than 24-hours notice.

Unique Mind Psychology Practice is not a crisis service. If you are in Australia and need immediate support for your psychological well-being, health or physical safety, please contact Emergency Services on ‘000’, or present at your nearest hospital emergency department.
There are also a number of 24 hour online professional services that can help in times of distress or suicide crises.
